Connection

This connection or the bond between the user and the product builds up only when the user is satisfied with the product performance and begins to cherish it, which intern creates a demand for the product. Only when the product is customer centric in each and every stage of its ideation, development and execution - it has a chance to be successful and have an appeal big enough for a user to incorporate it into their daily lives. Only when a product positively affects a large number of users successfully, it can finally and in true sense be called an innovation.

We asked for product feedbacks in the accessible neighborhood around each one of us, the same group people we consulted during our initial stages of designing and product development. Their opinions, concerns and feedbacks can  be categorized as follows( Note : We wrote the following points in English based on our memory of our interviews as they were originally in local languages)  :

1) The product was deemed very useful if it could be durable by our subjects. Especially for urban households

2)The weight of product was a concern. The product had a heavy visual appeal to it even if it is actually light-weight

3)Cleaning : Since the fans generally use lithium ion batteries, is there any danger in constantly exposing it to an environment of hot steam and water vapor.

Ofcourse there is still a lot of scope of improvement considering the limited amount of personal face-to-face interaction due to the pandemic and unavailability of resources to craft out the actual product. We hope, through this, we are able to finally eliminate the problem of face-oil burns, which has been so trivialized over the years that to a lot of people, this doesn't even seem a problem worth investing resources on. We hope to eliminate this indirectly forced suffering on our elders!
